POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an APP (NP or PA) to join our Santa Rosa team. You will provide specialty-level outpatient care, working with physicians and staff to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with acute and chronic pain. This role combines clinical autonomy, collaboration, and opportunities to grow procedural skills.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Provide patient care collaboratively with physicians
• Conduct exams, order tests, prescribe treatments
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Participate in interventional pain procedures (injections, blocks, regenerative therapies)
• Educate patients on diagnoses, treatments, and self-care
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• NP: Master’s in Nursing + CA license + ANCC/AANP certification
• PA: Graduate from accredited PA program + CA license + NCCPA certification
• DEA registration, BLS & ACLS certification
• 2+ years of clinical experience
• Strong communication, EMR proficiency, and teamwork skills

Preferred:

• Pain management, musculoskeletal, or neurology experience
• Outpatient procedural experience
• Bilingual English/Spanish
